1. Open the document to be printed, then press ‘File’ then ‘Print’
2. Press ‘Printer Properties’
3. Click on the ‘Finishing’ Tab
4. Press the ‘Staple:’ checkbox, select the desired position, then press ‘OK’
5. Press ‘Print’
