To specify the file type or file name when scanning a document on a Ricoh copier, follow these steps:
Access the Scanning Function: #
On the Ricoh copier’s home screen, press the Scanner button or select the Scanner icon from the touchscreen.
Choose Your Destination: #
Select where you want to send the scanned file, such as to Email, Folder (SMB), USB, or FTP.
