BDS became an authorized Kyocera dealer, which leads to BDS becoming Kyocera’s premier New England dealer.

BDS Achieves 5 million in Annual Sales
BDS reaches key revenue milestone and becomes recognized as New England’s top-level office equipment and customer service provider.
2018
BDS Acquires Copier Connection, Inc. a Florida Business
BDS acquires the assets and customers of Copier Connection, establishing business routes in Florida.
2020
BDS Upgrades to New Corporate Headquarters
BDS moved to our new 20,0000 sq. ft. headquarters in Marlborough, MA to support increased demand and growing operations.

BDS Acquires Advanced Copy Technologies Inc. a Connecticut Business
With a strong partnership and history between our two companies, BDS acquired the assets and customer base of Advanced Copy Technologies, increasing our presence in New England.

BDS Grows to 70 Employees
BDS now employs 70 full-time employees to service our rapidly growing portfolio of clients.

BDS has partnered with ABE since our launch. We acquired the assets and customer base of ABE increasing our presence in Massachusetts and expanding our product and service offerings to office furniture.
