Our Story

The Boston Document Systems (BDS) founder, Jason Alden, envisioned a company that would develop a customer focused Office Document processing systems company.

With no private or financing funding available, BDS truly started with ($1.). We began "out of our garage" so to speak, and now operate out of three locations with the corporate office in Natick, Massachusetts.

BDS specializes in servicing and supporting all major brands and types of printers, copiers and fax machines.
