Step 1: Access the Control Panel #
- Go to the Ricoh copier and ensure it is powered on.
Locate and press the “Grid” button on the control panel.

Step 2: Open the Settings Menu #
- On the touchscreen display, select “settings“.
Once in the settings menu, click “Counter“.
Step 3: Print the Counter List Report #
- Tap the “Print Counter List” or “Print” button on the screen (the wording may vary depending on your model).
Confirm the action if prompted, and the copier will print a report detailing the meter readings.
Step 4: Retrieve the Printed Report #
Collect the printed meter report from the output tray.
The report will display the total page counts, including black-and-white and color pages (if applicable).
Alternative: Retrieve Meter Readings via Web Interface #
If you cannot access the copier physically, you can obtain the meter readings using Ricoh’s Web Image Monitor:
Open a web browser and enter the copier’s IP address.
Log in as an administrator (default credentials may be admin with a blank password).
Navigate to the Counter or Device Management section to view or download the meter readings.
