# Using the Staple Function While Printing

## 1. Open the document to be printed, then press ‘File’ then ‘Print’

## 2. Press ‘Printer Properties’

## 3. Click on the ‘Finishing’ Tab

## 4. Press the ‘Staple:’ checkbox, select the desired position, then press ‘OK’

## 5. Press ‘Print’
