Using a Multifunction Copier, fax machine, or printer that is capable of sending faxes, you can send documents to another fax machine. With Fax, you can fax documents to a fax number, an individual contact, or a group of contacts. Using a dedicated telephone line, a fax is sent from the printer control panel by scanning the document and sending it to the fax device.
