How long have you worked at BDS?
I’ve been at BDS for four months.
If you could describe your job in three words, what would they be?
Innovative, motivating, and expanding
BDS is focused on the needs of its clients and customers. The intricate details that are captured when supporting servicing and managing its customers places BDS in a class of its own. That’s where innovation comes in. This is an exciting time for BDS. It’s motivating because I feel honored to work alongside so many talented individuals that are key contributors to the overall growth at BDS.
What do you like most about your job?
The diversity in the role itself. Constant growth and learning. There is a lot of career growth here and that is very inspiring.
What is something that most people at BDS don’t know about you?
I am an extreme homebody. I love being home and staying home. I hardly go out.
How would you describe your personality?
Loyal. Integrity means everything to me.
Where is your happy place?
Anywhere at the ocean or beach. Even boating.
One thing you cannot live without.
Chapstick. I love Chapstick and need it wherever I am.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
Life is too short. Live your best life each day. Always do the right thing when no one’s watching.
In your short time here, what do you like best about BDS?
BDS cares about its employees. The company’s growth relies on the brains and passion of its employees, and it is not overlooked. It is very unusual for companies to take their employees into consideration as much as what’s being done here.
