How long have you worked at BDS?

I have been with BDS for 3 years, 3 months, and 20 days and counting.

Three words/phrases to describe your role

Engaging, Challenging, & Rewarding

Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?

I have my hands in a lot of baskets, but I would say most people’s lives are busy and complicated at work and at home, and I consider my role at work to make that easier for people by being a resource to them that’s human whenever I can.

What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?

Most people at work don’t know that I knit and sew a lot of cool things.

How would you describe your personality?

Creative, Collaborative, & Funny

Where is your happy place?

My happy place is probably home. I love to travel, but I always love to be at home.

What’s one thing you can’t live without?

Since it’s a thing, and I don’t consider people or animal things, I love music.

What is your motto or personal mantra?

Be good out there. That’s something I say to my kids every morning when they leave for school as they’re headed out the door. It can mean so many different things, and it’s really important when you’re out in the world to be good.

What do you like best about BDS?

I think the BDS employees share a drive to be successful as a team, and that creates a sense of camaraderie that only happens when people are genuinely working together. I’ve worked a lot of places and it’s not like that everywhere you go, and I think that makes BDS special.
