How long have you worked at BDS?
I have been with the company for four years.
Three words/phrases to describe your role
Challenging, rewarding, and fun.
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I like the fact that I get to things outside of IT. BDS is still growing aggressively so it allows us to wear different hats and have different experiences. For instance, I do a lot of business process stuff that isn’t necessarily related to IT. But I find it really fun because it allows me to learn how the rest of the company works and really identify places we can make things better.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
People probably don’t know that I studied martial arts for 20 years and play sports.
How would you describe your personality?

Where is your happy place?
My happy place is the movies. It’s always been a place of escape for me ever since I was a little kid. I especially love the experience of going to the movie theater and waiting for the film to start.
What’s one thing you can’t live without?
My family.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
Seek to understand, seek to be understood.
What do you like best about BDS?
I love the fact that BDS does things differently. We do not adhere to the status quo, we reinvent it. I think that’s a huge factor in our success in the industry and also our growth as a company.
