Customer, Care, Technician
Taking care of the customers is 100% important to my role.
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I like the relationships I have with my customers. Some even become friends of mine. I also enjoy working with my coworkers, it’s very important. I’ve been doing this for so long, these are the things that are important to me.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
I volunteered 10 years of my time to the MS foundation and did the Cape Cod getaway, which is a bike ride from Boston to Cape Cod. I did that for 10 years and we’ve raised over a million dollars.
How would you describe your personality?
Patient, happy, and friendly.
One thing you cannot live without?
That would be pizza, because I’m Italian and know how to make a great pizza. It’s my favorite food.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
With determination and hard work, an individual can do anything.
What do you like best about BDS?
I enjoy the whole working atmosphere at BDS including my coworkers and customers. It’s all fantastic.
