I’ve been with BDS for about 3 years now.

Challenging, rewarding, & fulfilling
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I like the opportunity to turn a hard situation into something really positive. I don’t really view anything as a problem, I always look at it as an opportunity.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
I’m really into classic cars and music. I have said many times that I was meant to be born in the 70s.
How would you describe your personality?
#Energetic. I have a lot of energy; I like to fix anything that comes my way and energy to learn new tasks.
Where is your happy place?
Anywhere with my family. I have 3 kiddos. One almost 8, 4, and 1, so anytime we’re spending time together is very valuable.
What’s one thing you can’t live without?
I can’t live without coffee. It is my absolute favorite. I pick coffee over water any day all day. It is my lifeline.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
I would say to always listen. Jumping in and interjecting when someone has an issue is never a good end result. My parents have always taught me to actively listen to people, and I think it’s important because everyone wants to feel seen and heard.
What do you like best about BDS?
I like the really fast-paced environment we work in. The colleagues here are unmatched compared to anywhere else. They’re there in real time to help out with issues. It’s a really safe place to share ideas and feedback. We’re a very collaborative team and I love that about BDS.
