I have been working at BDS four years this august.

Detail-oriented, Analytical, and Creative
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I like the variety of the tasks and projects I work on. I also love the satisfaction I get when taking all the data and making sure it balances as well as the team I work with, they’re amazing!
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
I love puzzles. From jigsaw puzzles, to sudoku. I enjoy the process of taking random pieces and putting them together to solve a problem. It gives me satisfaction.
How would you describe your personality?
Optimistic. I believe that it will all work out and we can get it done. From deadline to life problem, it will always work out. Being pessimistic is like a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Where is your happy place?
My happy place is Lake George, NY. It’s in the foothills of the Adirondacks. It is known as one of the cleanest lakes in America. The mountains surrounding it are so serene and majestic. It doesn’t matter how old you are, there’s something there for everyone. It’s just magical.
What’s one thing you can’t live without?
Other than family, it has to be laughter. Laughter is medicine and bonds us. They say laughter is medicine and I find that true. Sometimes we take the world and ourselves too seriously, and a good laugh is therapeutic.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
Try your best. If you try your best, when you succeed, you feel so rewarded. Always try your best.
What do you like best about BDS?
It’s the people, the culture, the care and respect for the customer, product, our work, and each-other. It’s just one of the best places to work and do business.
