How long have you worked at BDS?
I’ve been working at BDS for a little over four years now.
Three words to describe your role
Challenging, rewarding, and exciting.
Challenging and rewarding go hand in hand, and exciting because there’s always something new going on with this job. I really enjoy the challenge.
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I like to learn, and this job creates a really cool avenue to learn an industry I didn’t know about.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
Most people probably don’t know that I’m a massive sports fan. Dallas Cowboys and Carolina Hurricanes, those are my big 2. I try to get to a few games a year.
How would you describe your personality?
I would say consistent/constant. I try to stay positive as much as possible and treat everybody with the utmost respect in work and out of work.
Where is your happy place?
As of now, I would say Outer Banks in North Carolina. I really built a connection there since moving to North Carolina. I really love the beach and it’s just an amazing place to be.
One thing you cannot live without?
My car. I have a 2015 Mustang GT and it is my therapy.
What’s your motto or personal mantra?
I’m gonna steal it from Nike, but just do it. You never know if you are gonna love or hate something, but you have to experience something to know the difference
What do you like best about BDS?
The family environment. I know everyone I work with and have a personal connection with most if not all of them. We work well together, and we continue to build bridges to be a seamless organization and it’s fascinating. It’s a very cool environment.
