How long have you worked at BDS?

I have been with BDS for two years and eight months.

Three words/phrases to describe your role

Detail-oriented, fulfilling, and rewarding

Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?

I love being presented with an issue and working with the customer to problem solve and create a solution. Just being able to help has always been very rewarding for me and makes every day different.

What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?

I’m a big Dead Head. I never got to see Jerry Garcia live, but I’ve been listening to the Grateful Dead since high school. I’ve seen all iterations of the Grateful Dead since Jerry Garcia’s passing a countless number of times.

How would you describe your personality?

Fun, Down to earth, and Team Player

Where is your happy place?

Laid-back, relaxing on a beach somewhere.

What’s one thing you can’t live without?

I have a lovely daughter who’s 9 years old now, so I’d have to say family

What is your motto or personal mantra?

“Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.”

What do you like best about BDS?

I love that BDS is such a customer-centric company. A lot of companies say the same thing, but this is where BDS truly shines. It’s great to be able to leave the customers that I’m interacting with on a daily basis with the assurance that they are in good hands with BDS.
