Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I love that my role brings me face-to-face with customers. Speaking to customers directly to fix the situation is enjoyable. I enjoy getting the customer on the right path to get things done.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
I am shy. I can be a little socially awkward at times.
How would you describe your personality?
I’m a doer. I like things to be done, and I enjoy getting involved. I take on responsibilities just because I want to get involved in things. I’m a very motivated person and like to succeed.
Where is your happy place?
My happy place is the beach. It’s the place where you don’t see the end, and it’s beautiful. It’s a peace point for me.
What’s one thing you can’t live without?
My family.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
I have high ethical values. I tend to do the right thing. And I try to have others do it too.
What do you like best about BDS?
The dynamics and the fact that every day is something different. I like the fact that when I do an installation, I’m the person who can start to finish do it. I’m really just happy to see the company succeed. I’ve been here for 10 years and have never had a doubt about being here. The team takes my ideas in and approves them. It’s a very accommodating and great company. BDS is a growth story, and I really admire Jason’s dedication.
