How long have you worked at BDS?
I’ve been with BDS for just over two years.
Three words/phrases to describe your role
Creative, Collaborative, and Fulfilling
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
Believe it or not, my job is really technical, but I enjoy working with different team members. I really enjoy solving problems and helping team members solve problems, especially if it makes their job easier.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
I’m actually an oil painter. I’ve been painting for a little over 10 years now.
How would you describe your personality?

I think sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the details, but stepping back and expanding my view helps me process any problems I’m looking to solve.
Where is your happy place?
At the park with my dog. I got a cattle dog that loves hiking with me.
What’s one thing you cannot live without?
Music. I listen to a lot of music. It helps me concentrate and relax, so I really enjoy it.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
“Embrace the unknown”
Not being fearful of things that are uncertain and embracing that concept is important to me.
What do you like best about BDS?
The best part is everybody I work with. I really enjoy getting to know everyone. Everyone has something special that they have to offer, and to be able to understand those qualities and work alongside different people is great.
