Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I enjoy troubleshooting complex issues and being the go-to resource when a situation requires advanced support.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
I have been collecting baseball cards since I was 12 as well as basketball cards and comics.
How would you describe your personality?
Calm under pressure, team player, and problem solver.
Where is your happy place?
Anywhere I can unplug and recharge, especially with my family.
What’s one thing you cannot live without?
Two things, hot chocolate and my phone. They both keep me moving.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
“Stay calm, think it over, and fix it right.”
