How long have you worked at BDS?

I’ve been with BDS for a year this December 30th.

Three words/phrases to describe your role

Consultative, Strategic, and Process-Driven

Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?

Besides being able to wear this headset every day? I enjoy helping clients and customers solve problems and finding solutions. Internally, I love mentoring and developing others. There are a lot of internal processes at BDS, so I enjoy creating workflows to simplify those processes and make them repeatable not just for myself but for others too.

What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?

Outside of work, I’m a dad of three. Three kids under 6, so multitasking and problem solving doesn’t stop for me at 5. I’m also a big sports fan. Baseball, football, basketball, and golf. I live 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia, so I’m a big Eagles and Phillies fan.

How would you describe your personality?

#ProblemSolver #Mr.FixIt #Multitasker #DadLife

We have a lot of broken toys in the house, so we go through a lot of super glue.

Where is your happy place?

I’m a big family guy, so anywhere with my family outdoors. We just got our first snow over the weekend, so I’ve been outside with my kids trying to dodge snowballs.

What’s one thing you cannot live without?

I would say coffee. Anybody that has kids that are my age can probably relate that caffeine is a must.

What is your motto or personal mantra?

“Don’t talk about it, be about it.” or “Do what you say you are going to do.”

I think that applies to working with customers, co-workers, and a leadership role. It’s something I try to lead with everyday.

What do you like best about BDS?

The people and the culture. I think BDS genuinely values relationships both with customers and internally. There’s a strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement. You are trusted to do your own role but also supported as you grow.
