How long have you worked at BDS?
I’ve been with BDS for four years in August.

Challenging, Interesting, & Rewarding
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
I like working with our customers and my team as well as the other teams at BDS.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
I’ve participated in the Pan=Mass challenge 5 times which is a 200-mile bike ride in 2-days. It’s a fundraiser for cancer research and treatment.
How would you describe your personality?
I would say even-keeled. It takes a lot to get me worked up which can be helpful in customer service. It’s good to have a calm nature about you in a customer service role.
Where is your happy place?
I would say the beach, whether it’s local or travelling far.
What’s one thing you can’t live without?
I can’t live without my kids. I have two daughters Jessica and Amanda who are 12 and 10. They are a big part of my life.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
“Don’t let a win get to your head or a loss to your heart.”
What do you like best about BDS?
I’d say the team atmosphere. It seems like everyone is always willing to help with questions or any issues you have. You can reach out to anybody at any time and they are always willing to help. It’s a great team atmosphere at BDS.
