How long have you worked at BDS?
I’ve been with the company for 10 years now.
Three words/phrases to describe your role
Fast paced, flexible, and exciting
Can you tell us more about your role, and what you like most about it?
It is great to be the service director because not only do I get to work with the customers to resolve their high-level issues, but I also work with the staff to help develop their careers and implement enhancements in our departments to help make our jobs easier and more effective.
What is something that most people at BDS do not know about you?
Some already know this, but I like to sing karaoke. I sing on vacation because no one knows who I am. I like to sing Spanish music like salsa but anything’s fair game.
How would you describe your personality?
I would describe myself as a family guy. When I’m not working, I’m usually at my kids sport and dance tournaments. I just love spending time with them. Without them I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my life as much.
Where is your happy place?
My happy place is the beach or somewhere warm where there’s palm trees.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
Do what you love. Find your happiness. It’s easy to get caught up in your responsibilities in life, but it’s important to find what makes you happy.
What do you like best about BDS?
I’m sure others would agree that BDS cares about their employees’ personal and family life. When you work at BDS they treat you like family. They’re always there to support you and I love that.
