Raffle Prize Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The raffle is open to working professionals aged 21 years or older. Current BDS Customers, Employees and their family members are not eligible.
Entry Period: The raffle entry period begins on October 28, 2024, and ends at noon on December 20, 2024. Entries received after the end of the entry period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Participants must complete the online entry form to enter the raffle. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize: The raffle includes two tickets for Cirque Dreams: Celebration at Mohegan Sun Casino, one hotel night, dinner, and a property tour. This non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will occur on December 20, 2024. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone on the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three business days of notification, another winner will be selected.
Publicity: By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow BDS to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
General Conditions: BDS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice. The raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
Agreement to Terms: By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
